This fall we are presenting the Men Against Domestic Violence Conference and Expo which is scheduled for September. Its really an interactive conference that deals with more than just getting help for the victim but also discusses the dynamics of domestic violence and control. We also talk about the contributing factors surrounding domestic violence and how the abuser can get help. We will have lawyers and Tampa PD discussing the law can work to protect someone in a domestic violence situation and we have much more. This will be a conference that is very different than any that have been done in the past. The only way we are going to stop the problems plaguing our communities is to actively and aggressively attack them together as one.
